China Everbright Water reveals resale results for 2023 MTNs

China Everbright Water Limited announced the outcome of the resale option for its 2023 third tranche medium-term notes.
Noteholders were able to apply for resale between Aug, 4 2026 and Aug, 10 2026 at RMB100 for each RMB100 face value. On the Aug, 23 2026 exercise date, RMB3.9 billion of notes were resold, while RMB6.1 billion remained outstanding. The coupon rate on the notes that were not resold is 1.76%.
The company has posted further information on the websites of Beijing Financial Assets Exchange, Shanghai Clearing House and China Foreign Exchange Trade System.
