(National Trust) for zero consideration. National Trust is the trustee of a trust plan named "National Trust • Phoenix 24 CHIHO ENV Debt Settlement Service Trust Plan."

Chongqing Yujiuxin indirectly holds an interest in 241 million ordinary shares of the company, representing 15.00% of the total issued share capital. Consequently, following the completion of this transfer, the indirect interest corresponding to 241 million shares (equivalent to 15.00% of the total issued share capital) has been transferred to National Trust (in its capacity as the trustee of the trust plan).
