HOMELAND ITL adds 8.97 million shares to treasury through HK$9.87 million on-market repurchase

Homeland Interactive Technology Ltd. (HOMELAND ITL) disclosed a share buyback executed on 16 July 2026 under its existing mandate approved on 17 June 2025.

• Transaction details: The company repurchased 8.97 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$1.09 to HK$1.11 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of approximately HK$1.10. The aggregate consideration amounted to HK$9.87 million.

• Impact on share capital: – Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.71 % to 1.26 billion. – Treasury shares increased to 20.99 million. – Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.28 billion, indicating that the repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares rather than cancelled.

• Utilisation of mandate: Since the June 2025 authorisation permitting up to 128.34 million shares to be repurchased, HOMELAND ITL has bought back 20.99 million shares, representing 1.64 % of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date. The latest purchase uses roughly 7 % of the authorised limit, leaving approximately 107.35 million shares available for future buybacks.

• Post-repurchase restrictions: In accordance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 10.06, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales/transfers of treasury shares, expiring on 15 August 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases were conducted in compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement filed on 26 May 2025.
