Evergreen Products clarifies 2025 annual report, updates PPE figures and five-year results

Evergreen Products Group Limited issued a clarification on its 2025 annual report, correcting clerical errors in Note 13 (Property, Plant and Equipment) and the Five-Year Financial Summary.

Key amendments

• Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE): – Aggregate cost/valuation at 31 December 2025 is restated at HK$817.83 million, versus HK$822.51 million reported for 2024. – Carrying value at year-end 2025 is HK$504.93 million, down from HK$532.46 million in 2024. – A revaluation deficit of HK$19.85 million was recorded in 2025, following a HK$19.79 million deficit in 2024. – Depreciation charge for 2025 totals HK$34.15 million after HK$38.07 million in the prior year.

• Five-Year Financial Summary (restated): – 2025 revenue: HK$1.04 billion, a 2.75 % increase from 2024. – Gross profit: HK$243.30 million, essentially flat year-on-year. – Profit before tax: HK$46.50 million, down 11.78 % from 2024. – Profit for the year attributable to owners: HK$30.68 million, a 23.15 % decline. – Basic earnings per share: HK$0.05, versus HK$0.06 in 2024. – Dividends declared: HK$29.90 million, up from HK$19.40 million.

• Balance-sheet highlights at 31 December 2025: – Non-current assets: HK$580.28 million (-3.75 % YOY). – Current assets: HK$999.21 million (+7.22 % YOY). – Current liabilities: HK$748.00 million (+11.83 % YOY). – Net assets: HK$773.91 million (-2.70 % YOY).

Management stated that apart from the corrected sections, all other information in the 2025 annual report remains unchanged.
