Hong Kong, 29 May 2026—Lianhua Supermarket Holdings Co., Ltd. has convened its 2025 annual general meeting for 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, 18 June 2026 at Bailian Central Plaza, Shanghai.
Key agenda items:
• Financial approvals: Shareholders will vote on the board’s 2025 work report and the consolidated audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.
• Profit distribution: The board proposes not to declare a final dividend for FY 2025.
• Auditor mandate: Re-appointment of Shanghai Certified Public Accountants (PRC) and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (international) until the conclusion of the 2026 AGM, with the board authorised to fix their fees.
