Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 15,000 ordinary shares on Apr, 29 2026 at a price of US$69.0642 per share.
The shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 292,909,628 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
The updated share figure may be used by investors to assess disclosure obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
