Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. (GUOFUHEE, 02582) announced that on March 6, 2026, its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Guofu Mingzhi Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., Ltd., entered into a sales agreement with Hefei Zhongke Hecheng Green Energy Co., Ltd.
