Huaqin Technology Co., Ltd. (HUAQIN) has announced that on July 10, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Huaqin Communications acquired a total of 1,628,200 H-shares of Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation (NEXCHIP) through on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

The shares represent about 0.07% of Nexchip's total issued share capital as of the announcement date, with a total consideration of approximately HK$56.41 million, inclusive of transaction costs, equating to an average price of about HK$34.65 per share.

Following the completion of this acquisition, the group holds approximately 10.00% of Nexchip's total issued share capital.
