Tanwan buys 100,000 shares for HK$1.50 million under 2026 RSU scheme

Tanwan Inc. (Tanwan) disclosed that on 17 April 2026 the trustee of the company’s 2026 Restricted Share Unit Scheme acquired 100,000 Tanwan shares on the open market.

• Purchase details: The average transaction price was approximately HK$15.12 per share, bringing the total consideration to about HK$1.50 million.

• Ownership impact: The newly purchased shares represent roughly 0.02% of Tanwan’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) as of the transaction date.

• Scheme position: Following the latest purchase, the trustee holds 400,000 Tanwan shares in aggregate on trust for eligible participants of the 2026 RSU Scheme.

The RSU scheme was approved by the board on 5 February 2026 to provide equity-based incentives to eligible personnel.
