Zhong An Intelligent Living Service Limited released its third Environmental, Social and Governance Report covering the 2025 financial year. Carbon and Other Emissions • Scope 1 greenhouse-gas emissions fell 38.8 % year-on-year to 32.60 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent, mainly on lower fuel consumption from vehicles and equipment. • Scope 2 emissions dropped 3.0 % to 2,295.89 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent, reflecting tighter electricity budgeting across sites. • Total Scope 1 + 2 emissions declined 3.8 % to 2,328.49 tonnes of CO₂-equivalent; Scope 3 (business-travel only) were 4.23 tonnes. • Nitrogen-oxide and sulphur-oxide output contracted by 26 % and 31 %, respectively, in line with reduced fuel use.

Climate-risk Management The board retained responsibility for climate oversight and completed a scenario analysis using NGFS “Current Policies” (>3 °C) and “Net Zero 2050” (<1.5 °C) pathways. Physical risks such as heavier rainfall and typhoons were identified as short- to medium-term threats; transition risks include higher compliance costs from future low-carbon regulations.

Workforce Profile and Labour Practices • Headcount grew 18.3 % to 3,491 employees, all full-time. • Female staff accounted for 46 % of the workforce; the company maintained gender-balanced training coverage of 67 % and delivered an average 4.8 training hours per employee. • Turnover eased to 43 % on the Mainland (2024: 60 %) and dropped to zero in Hong Kong following organisational restructuring. • No work-related fatalities were recorded for the third consecutive year; 11 injuries resulted in 563 lost workdays. • ISO 45001:2018 certification remains in force, underpinning occupational-safety controls.

Supply-Chain Oversight The approved supplier base expanded to 15 (2024: 6). All vendors are assessed on capital strength, qualifications, ESG compliance and adherence to Zhong An’s prohibition on forced or child labour. No material non-compliance was reported during the period.

Product & Data Governance Operations continue to run under ISO 9001:2015 quality-management standards. There were no product recalls, major service-quality complaints or confirmed breaches of customer-data privacy. Intellectual-property protocols are enforced through contractual confidentiality undertakings and trademark protection.

Anti-Corruption Controls The group cites zero concluded legal cases related to bribery, fraud, extortion or money laundering in 2025. Training programmes for directors and staff reinforce the “zero-tolerance” stance outlined in the corporate Code of Conduct.

Community Investment Community contributions centred on cultural events, elderly-care services and the “Zhong An Caring Cold Drink Station,” which offered refreshments and rest areas to outdoor workers across multiple sites. The Xiangzhang Bay Senior Care Service Center provided meal, cleaning and shopping support for residents aged 60 and above, supplementing government elderly-care services.

Certifications and Recognition Zhong An Intelligent Living retained ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system certifications and received industry accolades, including “2025 China Top 100 Property Management Company” and “2025 China Property Service Social Responsibility Leader.”

The board states that integrating ESG considerations into strategy, risk management and daily operations remains essential to long-term value creation and regional leadership in intelligent community services.
