Two new wells at the Jianghan Oilfield's Fuling shale gas field have recently commenced production successfully, adding a daily output of 85,000 cubic meters of gas and bolstering the field's overall production capacity. Over the first six months of the year, a total of 63 new wells have been brought online at the gas field, contributing a combined daily production exceeding 1.62 million cubic meters.

Since the beginning of the year, the Fuling shale gas field, in collaboration with the Oil and Gas Production Capacity Construction Management Center of Jianghan Oilfield, has deepened integrated operational practices. This effort has clarified responsibilities for each process node prior to new well commissioning, driving a steady release of the field's production capacity. In response to production fluctuations at some well stations, the company implemented precise measures, dynamically tracking and collecting data on pressure, gas output, and water production for analysis and evaluation. Work teams were deployed to sites in advance, with detailed task assignments made in accordance with safety regulations and commissioning plans to ensure the smooth start-up of new wells.

The operation has also emphasized refined management to continuously improve single-well recovery rates. Following the principle of "slow depressurization and controlled flow rates," drainage and production control measures have been implemented, with close monitoring of water production and gas flow velocity to ensure stable output from the new wells. Technical personnel have further conducted tests to explore the optimal production parameters for the gas wells, providing crucial data support for long-term production optimization.
