Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd disclosed that it bought back 184,000 ordinary shares on 23 April 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 1.74 and HKD 1.75 per share, for a total consideration of HKD 321,580.
Including earlier transactions between 13 and 22 April, the company has repurchased 489,000 shares this month that remain subject to cancellation, equivalent to 0.03% of the current issued share capital and 0.0275% of the shares outstanding on the date the mandate was granted.
The company’s issued share capital was unchanged at 1.78 billion shares as of the close on 23 April 2026, with no treasury shares held.
Ausnutria Dairy’s current share-buyback mandate, approved on 29 May 2025, authorises the company to repurchase up to 177.94 million shares; the 489,000 shares acquired to date represent approximately 0.27% of that limit, leaving substantial headroom for further purchases.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, Ausnutria Dairy is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 23 May 2026—on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares following the latest buyback.
