AV Concept Holdings Limited has issued a notice convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 11:00 a.m. on 4 September 2026 at Enterprise Square Three, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.

Key agenda items • Financial statements: Shareholders will consider the audited consolidated results and the reports of the directors and auditor for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. • Dividend proposal: The board recommends a final dividend of HK 2.00 cents per share for FY 2025/26, subject to shareholder approval. • Board composition: All retiring directors will seek re-election, and the board will be authorised to fix directors’ remuneration. • Auditor: Ernst & Young is nominated for re-appointment, with remuneration to be set by the board.
