Fire Rock Keeps Share Capital Stable in March 2026, Public Float Remains Compliant

Fire Rock Holdings Limited reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 March 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 April 2026.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at HKD 20.00 million, representing 1.20 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.016666666667 each. Issued share capital was unchanged at 242.82 million ordinary shares, and Fire Rock continued to hold zero treasury shares.

The filing also confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25%, indicating that at least one-quarter of the issued shares remain freely tradable on the market.

No movements were recorded in share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments during the period. The submission was signed by Joint Company Secretary Li Zijuan.
