BE ENVIRONMENT: Shareholders Unanimously Pass All 10 Resolutions at 2026 AGM

Beijing Enterprises Environment Group Limited (BE ENVIRONMENT) announced that every one of the 10 ordinary resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 26 May 2026 received full shareholder backing.

All resolutions—including adoption of the 2025 financial statements, re-election of five directors, approval of directors’ remuneration, re-appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as auditor, and general mandates for share issuance and buy-backs—secured 1.11 billion votes in favour, representing 100.00% of votes cast, with zero votes against.

Voting details • Total shares in issue and entitled to vote: 1.50 billion • Valid votes cast on each resolution: 1.11 billion (74.10% turnout) • No shareholder was required to abstain, and no special conditions or restrictions applied. • Tricor Investor Services Limited acted as the independent scrutineer.

Board composition following the AGM remains at five executive directors (Mr. Chen Xinguo, Mr. Li Ai, Ms. Li Yining, Ms. Liu Li, and Mr. Ng Kong Fat, Brian) and five independent non-executive directors (Dr. Huan Guocang, Dr. Wang Jianping, Mr. Cheung Ming, Ms. Miao Li, and Dr. Luo Shengqiang).

The company secretary confirmed that the meeting complied with all Hong Kong Listing Rules, and that no parties indicated any intention to oppose or abstain from voting on the resolutions.
