• Annual Report 2025 • Circular covering proposed general mandates and the re-election of retiring directors • Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Proxy Form

Non-registered shareholders will receive an email or postal notice of the online publication only if their intermediary has provided the company with a functional email or postal address.

Shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the website version, or who prefer hard copies, may complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it—using the prepaid mailing label or by email to 2182-ecom@vistra.com—to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. Printed copies are supplied free of charge.

Any request for printed communications will remain effective for all future corporate documents until the shareholder issues written notice to the registrar or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.
