3D MEDICINES (01244) has announced that it has fully received a total of HK$7.983 million in related expenses from SELLAS Life Sciences Group, Inc., as ordered by the final arbitration ruling. This follows the company's prior disclosure regarding the latest progress in the dispute with SELLAS. The sole arbitrator's final award comprehensively dismissed all claims raised by SELLAS and determined that SELLAS must bear the associated costs incurred by the company during the arbitration proceedings, amounting to HK$7.983 million.

The board of directors of 3D MEDICINES is pleased to confirm that the aforementioned sum has been collected in full, with the arbitration award now completely executed. This arbitration only resolved historical disputes between the parties and produced a final and binding decision, which does not impact the validity or future performance of the licensing agreement. As of now, the global multicenter clinical trial (MRCT) for 3D189 has accumulated 78 events, with the target endpoint set at 80 events.
