Hafary Holdings shareholders clear all AGM resolutions

Hafary Holdings Limited announced that all resolutions tabled at its annual general meeting on Apr, 24 2026 were approved by shareholders via poll voting.

The meeting adopted the FY2025 audited financial statements and the accompanying independent auditor’s report. Shareholders also re-elected Mr Low Kok Ann, Datuk Edward Lee Ming Foo, JP and Mr Foo Yong How as directors.

Directors’ fees of 0.195 million Singapore dollars for FY2025 were endorsed, and RSM SG Assurance LLP was re-appointed as independent auditor, with authority granted to the board to fix its remuneration.

An authority permitting the board to issue new shares—capped at 50% of the company’s issued share capital, with a 20% sub-limit for non-pro-rata issues—was renewed until the next AGM. The general mandate for recurrent interested person transactions was also refreshed.

Each of the first six resolutions received 293,958,640 votes in favour versus 6,200 against, while the share-issue mandate was backed by 99.98% of votes cast and the interested person transaction mandate by 99.99%. The meeting concluded at 12:55 p.m.
