Digital Core REIT updates buy-back figures ahead of Apr, 15 2026 AGM

Digital Core REIT announced an update to its Mar, 24 2026 Letter to Unitholders concerning the proposed renewal of its unit buy-back mandate.
From Mar, 24 2026 to Apr, 14 2026, the manager purchased 7.984 million units on the open market under the 2025 mandate. The highest price paid per unit was 0.510 US dollars, while the lowest was 0.480 US dollars; the aggregate consideration was about 3.9 million Singapore dollars, excluding commissions and taxes.
The manager said all other details in the original letter remain unchanged. Unitholders are scheduled to vote on the renewal of the buy-back mandate at the annual general meeting on Apr, 15 2026.
