CSC Appoints Dong Hongfu as Non-Executive Director

CSC (06066) has announced that during an extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Dong Hongfu was elected as a non-executive director of the company's third-term board of directors. Additionally, Mr. Dong has been appointed as a member of the Board Risk Management Committee and the Board Audit Committee. Separately, Mr. Yan Xiaolei has submitted his resignation from the positions of non-executive director, member of the Board Risk Management Committee, and member of the Board Audit Committee due to work-related reasons. His resignation took effect upon the election of a new non-executive director at the extraordinary general meeting.
