Stelux Holdings International Limited issued a shareholder notice dated 10 July 2026 confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual Report, Annual General Meeting (AGM) circular and proxy form have been published on both the company’s website (http://www.stelux.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews platform (http://www.hkexnews.hk).
The board, chaired by Chief Executive Officer Joseph C. C. Wong, also announced the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Acting under Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Bye-Law 177, Stelux will discontinue routine distribution of printed documents; instead, shareholders can access materials such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms online.
Key implementation points: • Shareholders are requested to provide a functional email address—either by scanning a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited—to receive electronic notifications when new documents are posted. • Investors who do not supply an email address will continue to receive paper notifications by post until an email address is provided. • Shareholders may opt to receive hard-copy versions by filing the reply form or emailing stelux.ecom@computershare.com.hk; such a request will remain valid for 12 months from the date of receipt. • Enquiries can be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8688 or via email at the address above.
The shift aligns Stelux Holdings with Hong Kong’s expanded paperless listing regime, effective since 31 December 2023, and is intended to streamline shareholder communication while reducing printing costs and environmental impact.
