ZJLD Group Inc. announced that Executive Director and Group Vice President Mr Wu Qirong, aged 30, will assume the role of Vice Chairman of the Board starting 19 August 2026.
Mr Wu, who joined ZJLD in October 2019 and became Group Vice President in January 2025, has led multiple operational reforms, including channel inventory destocking, pricing system restoration and the “separation of sales and operation” initiative. These measures have reduced inventories of key products to what the Board describes as “reasonable levels” and restored pricing control. As head of the digital marketing division, he has driven the integration of online businesses with offline channels and advanced the Group’s “AI + Industry Application” strategy.
Under a three-year service agreement commencing 9 May 2025, Mr Wu is entitled to total annual remuneration of RMB1.25 million, comprising salary and discretionary bonus; this package remains unchanged following his elevation. The contract continues thereafter unless terminated with at least three months’ written notice and is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at least once every three years.
Mr Wu holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Birmingham (2018). His external roles include: • Executive Director and General Manager, Yunnan Rongrui High-tech Investment Management Co., Ltd. (since Jan 2023) • Non-Independent Director, Vats Liquor Chain Store Management Joint Stock Co., Ltd. (listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code 300755; since Oct 2024) • Director and Vice Chairman, Moët Hennessy Shangri-La (Deqin) Winery Co., Ltd. (since Nov 2024)
The Board expects Mr Wu’s leadership to enhance ZJLD’s capabilities in digital technology, product development and innovative sales management amid ongoing industry transformation. As of the announcement date, Mr Wu holds no shares in ZJLD, has no other listed company directorships within the past three years and reports no additional relationships with substantial or controlling shareholders. The Board currently comprises five executive directors, one non-executive director and four independent non-executive directors.
