BOC Hong Kong Schedules 28 Aug 2026 Board Committee Meeting to Approve H1 Results and Consider Second Interim Dividend

BOC Hong Kong (Holdings) Limited has set 28 August 2026 for a Board Committee meeting to examine and approve the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and to deliberate on the declaration of the 2026 second interim dividend.

The meeting date was confirmed in an announcement released on 18 August 2026 by Company Secretary Huang Xuefei. Any dividend decision will be subject to Board approval at that session.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises: • Chairman: Mr Ge Haijiao (Non-executive) • Vice Chairmen: Mr Zhang Hui* and Mr Sun Yu (also Chief Executive) • Directors: Mr Cai Zhao*, Dr Choi Koon Shum**, Madam Fung Yuen Mei Anita**, Mr Law Yee Kwan Quinn**, Professor Lee Sunny Wai Kwong**, Mr Liao Cheung Kong Martin**, Mr Lip Sai Wo**, and Professor Ma Si Hang Frederick**

*Non-executive Directors **Independent Non-executive Directors

The forthcoming review will cover the group’s operational and financial performance for the first half of 2026 and will determine the level of the second interim dividend for shareholders. The company will publish further details following the Board’s deliberations.
