On 29 September 2026, Jutal Offshore Oil Services Limited announced that its Interim Report 2026 is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.jutal.com) and on the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed materials will receive the hard-copy report by post.

The company is encouraging investors to access the “Website Version” for the current and all future corporate communications. Shareholders experiencing difficulty with electronic access—or those who prefer hard copies—can request printed versions free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the firm’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, or by emailing is-ecom@vistra.com.

Jutal Offshore also reminds shareholders that providing a valid email address is essential for timely receipt of electronic notices of publication and actionable corporate communications. Until a functional email address is supplied, all such notices will be sent in printed form only.

Enquiries regarding the new communication arrangements can be directed to Tricor Investor Services via telephone at +852 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notice is issued under the authority of the Board and signed by Chairman Mr Wang Lishan.
