CapitaLand Investment Limited (9CI) reported that all eight resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Apr, 28 2026 were passed by poll.
Shareholders approved the Directors’ Statement and FY 2025 audited financial statements, and declared a first and final dividend of 0.12 Singapore dollars per share.
They also backed the payment of up to 3.3 million Singapore dollars in directors’ fees for the year ending Dec, 31 2026.
Tan Sri Abdul Farid Alias, Lee Chee Koon and Judy Hsu Chung Wei were re-elected to the board, while Deloitte & Touche LLP was re-appointed as external auditor.
In addition, investors renewed mandates allowing the board to issue new shares, grant share-based awards under existing performance and restricted share plans (capped at 8 per cent of issued shares), and repurchase up to 5 per cent of issued shares.
Outgoing director Chaly Mah Chee Kheong stepped down after nine years of service, with board members and shareholders acknowledging his contributions to the company’s transformation.
The meeting concluded at 11:52 a.m., and detailed voting results were subsequently released on SGXNet and the company’s website.
