Bank of Gansu Introduces Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications, Requests Shareholders’ Email Details

Apr 23

Bank of Gansu Co., Ltd. has formally shifted to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, replacing printed versions with documents posted on the bank’s website (www.gsbankchina.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The change covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Registered shareholders who have not yet supplied a functional email address are being reminded to do so by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Key operational details: • Email solicitation – Without a valid email address, shareholders will not receive publication notifications and must proactively monitor the two designated websites for updates. • Printed materials – In the absence of an email address, the bank will continue to send only “actionable” corporate communications in hard copy. Shareholders preferring full printed sets may request them; such an instruction remains valid for one year from receipt of the request. • Inquiries – Shareholders can contact the Hong Kong share registrar on +852 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays.

The initiative aligns with market-wide moves toward paperless reporting and aims to improve timeliness and environmental efficiency in information delivery to Bank of Gansu’s security holders.
