Keytop Parking Unveils Interim Results With Adjusted Profit of RMB 28.7 Million, Doubling Down on Parking Operations

Keytop Parking (02272) has released its interim financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting total revenue of RMB 334 million and an adjusted net profit of RMB 28.667 million. The company also recorded a profit attributable to equity shareholders of RMB 25.178 million, translating to earnings per share of RMB 0.28.

During the first half of 2026, the group intensified its investment in the parking facility operations segment. By delivering optimized operational solutions to parking asset owners and operators while enhancing the monetization potential of these assets, the company has continued to deepen its involvement across the parking industry value chain.

Looking ahead, Keytop Parking plans to further expand its parking operations business, scale up its contracted operation model, and broaden its online parking space rental platform to unlock additional value from parking assets. The group also intends to widen its geographic footprint, strengthen penetration in core domestic markets, and explore growth opportunities in emerging overseas markets.
