ADICON designates Richard Yeh as Lead INED, effective 27 May 2026

ADICON Holdings Limited (ADICON) has named current independent non-executive director Richard Yeh as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director (Lead INED), with effect from 27 May 2026. Yeh will continue to chair the audit committee and serve on the nomination committee.

According to the announcement, the Lead INED role is designed to:

1. Strengthen communication among independent non-executive directors. 2. Enhance dialogue between independent and other board members. 3. Facilitate engagement with shareholders, particularly minority investors.

The position carries no additional executive authority or management duties beyond those of other independent non-executive directors.

ADICON introduced the designation in reference to the amended Corporate Governance Code (Appendix C1 to the Hong Kong Listing Rules), which took effect on 1 July 2025. The board expects the appointment to improve governance effectiveness and board diversity.

As of the announcement date, ADICON’s board comprises one executive director, four non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
