CNMC Goldmine shareholders clear move to SGX Main Board

CNMC Goldmine Holdings Limited said on Aug, 20 2026 that its shareholders have approved the company’s transfer from Catalist to the Singapore Exchange Main Board.

The proposal was backed by 97.5% of votes at an extraordinary general meeting held on Aug, 19 2026. Trading of the miner’s shares on the Main Board is slated to begin on Aug, 28 2026.

According to chief executive officer Chris Lim, the company’s earnings have risen more than tenfold since 2023, driven by expanded gold processing capacity and the addition of base-metal production.

Financial results show earnings attributable to owners increasing from US$4.1 million in 2023 to US$42 million in 2025. Revenue climbed to US$128.4 million in 2025 from US$65.2 million in 2024, and profit after tax rose to US$52.2 million from US$12.2 million.

For the six months ended Jun, 30 2026, CNMC recorded after-tax profit of US$23.6 million and earnings attributable to owners of US$18.6 million, both nearly 20% higher year on year. The company declared an interim dividend of 2 Singapore cents per share, payable on Sep, 11 2026.

CNMC continues underground development at its Sokor gold field in Kelantan, Malaysia, including construction of an additional facility and two vertical shafts budgeted at US$12 million that are scheduled for completion in 2027.
