China National Culture Group Limited (abbreviated as CN Culture GP) reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 October 2026.
Total authorised capital remained at HKD 1.49 billion, comprising 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 (HKD 1.00 billion) and 14.00 billion non-voting convertible preference shares with a par value of HKD 0.035 (HKD 0.49 billion).
Issued share capital was unchanged at 234.37 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares during the month, and there were no issuances, cancellations or redemptions.
CN Culture GP confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float threshold as of 30 September 2026.
Outstanding equity instruments include unlisted warrants approved on 14 July 2026, carrying a nominal value of HKD 0.47 million and exercisable into up to 46.80 million ordinary shares at HKD 0.10 per share until their 27 August 2028 expiry. No shares were issued or transferred under these warrants in September.
No share option schemes, convertible securities or other share-issuance arrangements were active during the period.
