Cutia Therapeutics (CUTIA-B) released its 2025 Environmental, Social & Governance Report, highlighting a year of commercial milestones and measurable sustainability gains.

Financial and Commercial Performance • Revenue reached RMB336.20 million after the mainland launches of topical finasteride spray CU-40102 and 4 % minocycline foam CU-10201. • The Wuxi facility added a sterile production line and secured regulatory clearance for scope expansion, positioning the plant for future pipeline scale-up.

Governance and Compliance • Female representation on the board rose to 33 %. • All directors and staff completed anti-corruption training; no fraud reports or corruption lawsuits were recorded in 2025. • A three-tier ESG governance framework—Board, ESG Committee and ESG Working Group—oversees risk, targets and disclosure.

Product Quality & Safety • Zero product recalls were reported. • Full-cycle internal audits covered factories, R&D and contract manufacturers; key CMOs and raw-material suppliers passed newly required quality audits aligned with the 2025 China Pharmacopoeia. • A revised pharmacovigilance system processed adverse-event data within 24 hours and issued development safety update reports for clinical candidates.

Environmental Metrics • Scope 1 + 2 emissions fell to 0.10 tCO₂e per RMB10,000 revenue, down 16.67 % year on year. Total Scope 1 + 2 emissions were 3,197.50 tCO₂e. • Water-system retrofits saved 4,474 tons of tap water and cut sewage volume by 4,261 tons. • Cutia set a 7 % carbon-intensity reduction target for 2030 (base year 2025) and began direct wind-power procurement, saving roughly RMB0.18 million in electricity costs.

Human Capital • Headcount stood at 304, of which 58 % were women. • Training coverage hit 100 % with an average 41.6 hours per employee. • No work-related injuries or fatalities were recorded for the third consecutive year. • Labour-contract signing rate remained at 100 %; no incidents of child or forced labour, discrimination or harassment were reported.

Supply Chain and Ethics • Active supplier base expanded to 3,061, with tiered ESG risk assessments now covering labour rights, environmental compliance and anti-bribery controls. • High-risk suppliers face mandatory rectification within three months or blacklisting for three years.

Community and Industry Engagement • Digital campaigns on acne and hair-loss education generated more than 560 million online views, supporting public health literacy. • The company showcased dermatology innovations at the Taihu Bay Life & Health Future Conference, reinforcing industry-academia ties.

Cutia states that all ESG disclosures follow Hong Kong Stock Exchange Appendix C2 requirements and task-force guidelines on climate-related financial disclosures.
