LK Technology Announces HKD 0.03 Final Dividend for FY 2026, Payment Slated for 2 October 2026

L.K. Technology Holdings Limited (LK Technology) released a new announcement on 30 June 2026 confirming a cash dividend of HKD 0.03 per share as the final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026.

The board currently comprises three executive directors—Ms. Chong Siw Yin, Mr. Liu Zhuo Ming and Mr. Tse Siu Sze—and three independent non-executive directors—Dr. Low Seow Chay, Dr. Lui Ming Wah and Mr. Look Andrew.
