EVERGREEN PG: Share Count Steady at 636.18 Million in March; Public Float Requirement Met

Bulletin Express
Apr 01

For the month ended 31 March 2026, Evergreen Products Group Limited (EVERGREEN PG) reported no change in its share capital structure. Issued ordinary shares remained at 636.18 million, with no treasury shares outstanding.

The company’s authorised share capital was unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01, equivalent to USD 10.00 million in authorised capital.

EVERGREEN PG confirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 25%, ensuring sufficient free-float liquidity in the market.

No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were granted, exercised or outstanding during the month. Although the group repurchased 6.08 million shares on 21 January 2026 for cancellation, these shares had not yet been cancelled as of 31 March 2026 and therefore did not affect the month-end issued share total.

Overall, the March return underscores a stable capital base with no dilution to existing shareholders and continued adherence to regulatory float requirements.
