Hua Medicine announced that Executive Director Dr. Yi Zhang and Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Yiu Leung Andy Cheung have joined the company’s Nomination Committee, effective 25 June 2026. Their existing positions on the Board remain unchanged.

The appointments expand the committee to five members—Mr. Robert Taylor Nelsen (Chairman), Dr. Yi Zhang, Mr. William Robert Keller, Mr. Yiu Wa Alec Tsui and Mr. Yiu Leung Andy Cheung—maintaining a majority of independent non-executive directors and including at least one director of a different gender.

Hua Medicine stated that the changes comply with Corporate Governance Code provision B.3.5 under Appendix C1 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and are expected to enhance board diversity and overall corporate governance.

The company’s Board now consists of three executive directors (Dr. Li Chen, Mr. George Chien Cheng Lin, Dr. Yi Zhang), one non-executive director (Mr. Robert Taylor Nelsen) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. William Robert Keller, Mr. Yiu Wa Alec Tsui, Mr. Yiu Leung Andy Cheung). Dr. Li Chen continues as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director.
