SBS Transit Ltd said on Apr, 23 2026 that several board and committee changes took effect at the close of its 33rd Annual General Meeting.

Ms Lee Sok Koon stepped down as Director, relinquishing her positions as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and member of the Tenders and Investments Committee.

Shareholders re-elected Mr Bob Tan Beng Hai, Mr Jeffrey Sim Vee Ming, Dr Christina Lim Yui Hung and Ms Tan Ai Ching (Eleana) to the Board.

Ms Tan Ai Ching (Eleana) has taken over as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee and has joined both the Sustainability and Service Quality Committee and the Tenders and Investments Committee.

All other committee memberships of the re-elected directors remain unchanged.

Following the changes, the Board comprises nine directors and the committees are now chaired as follows: Mr Bob Tan Beng Hai (Nominating & Remuneration Committee; Tender & Investment Committee), Mr Patrick Daniel (Sustainability & Service Quality Committee) and Ms Tan Ai Ching (Eleana) (Audit and Risk Committee).
