China Everbright Water (U9E) to Adjust Coupon and Enable Resale Option on 2023 MTNs

China Everbright Water (U9E) said it plans to reduce the coupon on its 2023 first-tranche medium-term notes, which have an outstanding principal of about 0.2 billion Singapore dollars, from 3.20% to 1.93%, effective Apr, 17 2026.
The issuer will exercise its interest-rate adjustment option, cutting the rate by 127 basis points.
Noteholders may exercise a resale option at par between Mar, 27 2026 and Apr, 2 2026, with settlement scheduled for Apr, 17 2026.
