Beijing Saimo Technology Co., Ltd. (SAIMO) reported that its public float remains at 22.58%, still below the 25% minimum required under Hong Kong Listing Rule 19A.28B(1)(a). The company has submitted its H-share Full Circulation filing to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) but has not yet received feedback.

SAIMO now expects the clearance process at the CSRC to take longer than previously anticipated and has postponed its float-restoration schedule by roughly three months. The revised timeline envisions restoring the public float on or before 28 February 2027 through the following milestones:

• CSRC approval for H-share Full Circulation: by 31 December 2026 • Deregistration of shares with CSDC Shenzhen Branch and submission of conversion application to Hong Kong Stock Exchange: by 31 January 2027 • Opening of H-share securities accounts and domestic holding reporting: by 19 February 2027 • Completion of overseas custody and issuance of the Initial Maintenance Completion Certificate: by 28 February 2027

Monthly progress updates will continue in compliance with Listing Rule 19A.28E(2)(a) until the public float is restored. The company cautions shareholders and potential investors that the H-share Full Circulation and the subsequent conversion and listing remain subject to approvals from the CSRC, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and other relevant authorities.
