Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) (STGT) repurchases 1 million shares under ongoing buyback plan

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) announced on Aug, 18 2026 that it had repurchased 1,000,000 of its own shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand as part of the share buyback programme approved by the board on May, 08 2026.

The on-market purchases cost roughly 0.41 million Singapore dollars, taking the total spent since the start of the programme to about 2.12 million Singapore dollars. To date, STGT has bought back 5,300,000 shares, representing 0.18% of its paid-up share capital.

The company is authorised to repurchase up to 62,100,000 shares, or 2.17% of its paid-up capital, with the programme scheduled to run until Nov, 07 2026.
