Prudential plc: Norges Bank Raises Voting Stake Above 4%

Prudential plc announced that Norges Bank lifted its total interest in the insurer to 4.039570% of voting rights after acquiring additional shares on Mar, 19 2026.
The TR-1 filing shows Norges Bank now directly holds 101,510,455 ordinary shares, equivalent to 4.011750% of Prudential’s voting rights, and controls a further 704,012 voting rights (0.027820%) through lendable securities.
This represents a slight increase from the previous disclosed position of 4.020780%. Prudential received the notification on Mar, 20 2026, in line with U.K. disclosure requirements for major shareholdings.
