UOB-Kay Hian (U10) offloads 53,000 treasury shares for about 0.22 million Singapore dollars

UOB-Kay Hian Holdings Limited (U10) said on May, 4 2026 that it sold 53,000 treasury shares on the open market for a total consideration of about 0.22 million Singapore dollars, or S$4.18185 per share.

Following the transaction, the brokerage group’s treasury share balance fell to 9.947 million from 10 million, trimming its treasury‐share holding to 1.02% of issued shares from 1.03% previously.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, and no directors or substantial shareholders, nor their associates, have any interest in the sale, the company added.

The firm advised investors to exercise caution when dealing in its shares.
