PHANCY Cancels Application for H-Share Conversion and Listing

PHANCY (06682) has announced the withdrawal of its application for the conversion and listing of H-shares. The company had previously applied to convert approximately 13.78 million domestically held shares into H-shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Recently, following a request from relevant shareholders to withdraw the application, the company submitted a withdrawal request to the China Securities Regulatory Commission. As of the date of this announcement, the conversion and listing process has not been completed. With the withdrawal of the application, the company will not proceed with the proposed conversion and listing as outlined in the previous announcement.
