BlackRock Adds 754,400 Derivative-Linked Shares in ENN Energy Amid Privatisation Process

Hong Kong, 9 June 2026 — A Public Disclosure Form filed under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers shows that BlackRock, Inc., a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. (“ENN Energy”), entered into a series of derivative contracts linked to the offeree’s shares on 8 June 2026. The activity is connected to the company’s proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

BlackRock executed 16 separate derivative transactions, creating exposure to an additional 754,400 ENN Energy shares. Contract reference prices ranged between $50.31 and $50.89 per share, resulting in a total consideration of approximately $5.87 million.

After the latest dealings, BlackRock’s aggregate derivative position related to ENN Energy increased to 14.95 million shares, as disclosed in the filing.

The transactions were carried out for discretionary investment clients and were reported to the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive in accordance with the required disclosure framework for parties associated with an ongoing privatisation offer.
