Fulu Holdings Posts Stable Capital Structure in March 2026 Monthly Return

Fulu Holdings Limited submitted its Monthly Return to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming no movements in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, representing total authorised capital of USD 100,000.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 408.64 million ordinary shares, comprising 406.02 million shares in circulation and 2.62 million treasury shares. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased, and there were no exercises of options, warrants, or convertible securities.

Under the 2021 Share Incentive Scheme, 11.36 million ordinary shares remain available for future grant, although none were issued or transferred during the month.

Fulu Holdings confirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D public-float requirements, maintaining at least the 25% free-float threshold as at 31 March 2026.
