Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. (incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability; stock code 00220) has released the English and Chinese versions of its Extraordinary General Meeting circular. The document is now available on both the company’s website (www.uni-president.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).
In accordance with the new Listing Rule 2.07A, the company will distribute all future corporate communications electronically. Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically. Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must provide a functional e-mail address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited.
Shareholders without an e-mail address on file will not receive publication notifications and will need to monitor the company’s and HKEX’s websites proactively. Those preferring hard copies can submit the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
If difficulties arise in accessing electronic documents, shareholders may request free printed copies by sending written instructions (including name and address) to the share registrar at the above address. Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
