Kyivstar Group Ltd's stock surged 6.27% in pre-market trading on Friday, following the release of the company's fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial results.
The significant pre-market gain was driven by the company reporting better-than-expected quarterly earnings and revenue. Kyivstar posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.37 for Q4 2025, surpassing the analyst consensus estimate of $0.32. Quarterly revenue reached $321 million, also beating expectations of approximately $299 million and representing a 28.4% year-over-year increase.
Investors responded positively to the robust growth in digital services, which has become a key driver of the company's performance. Digital revenue skyrocketed, increasing more than sixfold in the fourth quarter alone and now comprises a significant portion of total revenue. The company also reported a 26% rise in core profit (EBITDA) for 2025, largely attributed to this digital expansion, and provided optimistic guidance for 2026 with expected revenue growth of 8% to 11%.
