PropNex receives third-party claim notice linked to Singapore property suit

On Jul, 01 2026, PropNex Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, PropNex Realty Pte. Ltd., has been served with a third-party notice of claim in an ongoing action before the General Division of the High Court of Singapore.

The defendant issuing the notice is seeking indemnity, legal costs and contribution from PropNex Realty in connection with claims filed by property purchasers against their solicitors and one of PropNex Realty’s salespersons.

PropNex’s board stated that the group will vigorously defend the matter and does not expect it to materially affect its financial position or performance for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
