Starhill Global Real Estate Investment Trust announced on Mar, 26 2026 that it will issue 3,926,434 new units at 0.5716 Singapore dollars each under its distribution reinvestment plan for the 1.80-cent per unit distribution covering Jul, 1 2025 to Dec, 31 2025.
Distribution payments to eligible unitholders who did not opt into the plan will be made in cash on Mar, 27 2026.
The new units are expected to begin trading on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited at 9:00 a.m. on Mar, 27 2026.
Following the issuance, the total number of units in Starhill Global REIT will rise to 2,319,631,461 from 2,315,705,027.
