Hong Kong stock exchange filings reveal that on August 20, JPMorgan increased its holding in INNOVENT BIO (01801) by 2.355 million shares.
The purchase was executed at an average price of HK$102.2359 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$241 million.
Following the acquisition, JPMorgan's latest share count in the company stands at about 88.349 million shares, lifting its ownership stake to 5.06%.
