Wee Hur’s 115-Unit Bartley Vue Secures TOP and Completes 100% Sell-out

Wee Hur Holdings Limited announced that its 99-year leasehold residential project Bartley Vue obtained its Temporary Occupation Permit on Apr, 23 2026.

The 115-unit development at 6 & 8 Jalan Bunga Rampai is fully sold, achieving an average transacted price of about 1,850 Singapore dollars per square foot. Handover of units to buyers will begin in May, 2026.

Developed by subsidiary Wee Hur Bartley Pte. Ltd., Bartley Vue comprises two 16-storey towers with two- to four-bedroom-plus-study layouts, including penthouses, and offers a total gross floor area of 113,925 square feet. The site is located roughly a five-minute walk from Bartley MRT station on the Circle Line and is positioned between the future Paya Lebar Airbase redevelopment and the Bidadari estate.

Wee Hur said the project’s completion extends its record of fully sold Singapore residential developments, which includes Parc Centros, Parc Botannia, Urban Residences and Villas @ Gilstead. Chief Executive Officer Goh Chengyu added that the handover of Bartley Vue and the recent acquisition of the Upper Thomson Road (Parcel A) Government Land Sales site strengthen the group’s local development pipeline.
