5. Voting Structure and Attendance • A total of 4.35 billion shares were eligible to vote, representing the company’s entire issued share capital. No shares carried restrictions or abstention requirements under Hong Kong Listing Rules. • Directors attending the meeting included Siu Chun Wa, Hon Hau Wong, Teguh Halim, Kwong Chun Wai Michael, Kam Eddie Shing Cheuk and Chan Lai Wa.
